I was only able to get through three mittens before calling it quits. Definitely cuter in larger quantities!
Agreed! They look so cute clustered together.
holy cow that's a lot of mittens. i was pretty proud of myself when i made ONE for my mom for christmas. haha. they look spectacular!
Thanks! They've become sort of addictive, now!
So many adorable mittens! Are you going to keep knitting them until you're completely out of scraps?
Yes, ma'am! I'm hoping to have 3 garlands of 24 mittens by the end, and if I run out of scraps before then, I'll start using odd skeins of worsted that I have in my stash. I'm pretty surprised at how far my scraps have gotten me thus far, honestly. These little mittens use up less than I thought!
I just stumbled across your blog and ... omg this is adorable. :) I am feeling uber-inspired to do some knitting now. Can't wait to read more!love, your newest follower
Thanks, Karen, your blog is super cute, too! You are so multi-talented, which I can certainly appreciate. And you use big words, which is so rare in blog-land, I love it!
This is so so cute! I can never get my tensions right when knitting, so may have to pass this project on to my sister, so I can have a smitten mitten garland of my own!
Thanks, hopefully you'll get your mini mittens in the end!
Comments make me happy! Thank you, and look for your response here!
